Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched as soon as is ready, this can be within 5 working days for products ready to be send or 6 to 12 weeks for products that need to be produced.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days if is a ready to be delivered product, for other products that take from 6 to 16 weeks to be made, we will contact you to organise delivery date.
We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us via email at info@homeglamorousfurnitures.com
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery prior to signing the POD (Proof of Delivery) If you discover that an item has been damaged you need to send clear photos, and video of the damaged items to info@homeglamorousfurnitures.com within 48 hours of receiving them, and you must save original packaging of product if needed to be sent back, and write down "Subject to Verification" on the POD (Proof of Delivery Document) so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order will be subject to additional fee. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.
Cancelation for manufactured products after 48 hours of placing the order (Rugs, Furnitures) will be subject to 40% fee of the order value.
No Cancelation and refunds will be accepted on custom orders.
Returns wont be accepted without written consent from Home Glamorous Furnitures, any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order and products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns cost are paid by customers.
